Terms for painting purchase
I hope you are totally happy with your purchase. I cannot offer refunds, but you can exchange your purchase for a different one. If so, please let me know within 4 days to discuss how to do so at email@example.com. If you do choose to exchange a painting, you will need to ship the returned item at your expense and pay for shipping on the new item.
If an item is shipped to you and arrives damaged, I will file a claim for reimbursement from the shipping provider.
